Depending on what you paid, it could be great, or not so great.
Case and lugs are a bit overpolished (as usual it seems with these, unfortunately), and dial looks to be refinished. 14K or 18K? But if you got it for a "steal", then those factors become less important. It is still a nice-looking '40s Rolex. Refinishing these relatively simple dial designs is not too hard, and it looks nice.

This was the 25th Rolex I have owned, and I have wanted a Bubbleback since 1992, so why not grab it. Been wearing it 2 weeks, love it! Now I have to find a SS model
