All in good fun!

I tried to keep things on topic, but, well.... you can see what happened

BTW, what year is the Porsche? Are the older models a bit harder and more expensive to maintain? I love the round headlights, and was very happy to see them added to the newest lineup.

You guys can have this place all to yourselves. I have been trying to find a place to fit in on this forum but the past couple of posters here appear in about every thread. I have grown very tired of there games.

Who the hell want to come back to a forum to read the BS they post.

Why dont they just email each other or something.

Assholes

Not at all, Brian. It's a classic example of senility coupled with Alzheimer's. These guys can't remember what thread they're on and then when they start posting they forget what the topic was. They just start typing in a stream of unconsciousness. They know not of what they speak.

Now what was this tread about, anyway?

No worries....the way I see it in order to enjoy the things we do, you have to have good health and family first. b/c if you didn't you would not have the time to take pictures of your beloved car or watch.
very nice car BTW.

HEALTH AND FAMILY FIRST AND FOREMOST, ALL THOSE FUN TOYS RIGHT AFTER

Not at all, Brian, stick around. Some of the forum members have raised thread hijacking to an art form, but the rest of us appreciate your posts. It looks as though you keep your Porsche handy just in case there's that nice winter day. My 96 supercharged Riviera goes away in November and comes back out in about April after the first strong rains have washed the salt off the roads.

You want to simmer down, Brian. Hijacking and such is done in good fun....and we all treat it as part of this great forum. No need for foul language, please.

Thank you - JJ

Whoa, hold the phone. JJ wrote about his family, but that doesn't mean that he's saying anything about you and yours.

No place for hangups round these here parts, and if you think so poorly of the guys here, I'll remind you that participation on this forum is strictly on a voluntary basis.

I really doubt Brian has any hang ups as I read this thread the way he did. Perhaps some responses weren't written as well as they should or could have been, and of course it only took one post before his Porsche/Panerai thread was spun way out of control.

Brian's a good guy and I hope he doesn't leave, but i could see why he'd get miffed when his thread was hijacked on the first response, particularly after qualifying that family comes first. I'll be seriously disappointed if this has been enough to make him not return.

There has been so much editing in this thread it's hard to know what has really transpired.......I managed to catch some of it before the comments were removed.

However, I agre he made it clear up front that family comes first, and it's sad to see people take yet another thread off into la la land.....but that is the nature of the beast I guess.

Hope Brian will stick around.

All posts have been fully restored as they were originally now topic has been closed.
