It's hard for me to even vote because my next watch is most likely one of these 2... both such great watches. Initially I was leaning towards the GMT, now I'm leaning towards the Sea-Dweller. Who knows where I'll be a few months from now!

Sorry but S stands for SEA or SKY ? On the Rolex Website I can't find any Sea Dweller..

Almost but not quite. The SD (Sea Dweller), Rolex model 16600, usually refers to the five digit model number that preceded the current 6 digit ceramic DeepSea Sea Dweller (model 116660) - in much the same way we have the previous 16610 Sub and the current 116610 SubC.

Most people now refer to them as the SD and the DSSD. I believe the OP is referring to the previous version SD.

Great explanation, but actually the previous model to the 116660 was the 16600, before that the 16660, and before that the 1665.
