Vintage square chronograph ref 3529 thoughts?

I can't seem to find much info on this attractive reference. It appears original from the few photos of these I have seen. Anyone know whether this is the case?

Watch itself looks real, but the dial is refinished.

I'm certainly no expert but what makes you think we're dealing with a redial?

The dial is so flawless that unless u knew it had rarely been worn or seen the light of day, it would be hard to believe it hadn't been refinished

It's too perfect.

Do u know the history?

It is certainly a nice dial but looking it I can't find any signs of redial.

The dial looks a little too flawless for its age. The printing also doesn't look right enough to be original. That is my opinion though..I am not expert by any stretch of the imagination. Its still a great watch though..and seems very legit.

A 3549 in flawless condition like that could easily be sold at Phillips or Christies...so if the seller has a great reputation and is asking an appropriate price, then you're probably ok

If they have no details and it sounds like a deal, then I would be suspicious

One matter that has come to my attention is that the numbers on the case back are engraved and should have been stamped instead.

They don't appear to be engraved to me, they look stamped.
