Bubbleback 3458 info.

Hi: I write from spain.

Since recently, I have a bubbleback, and from what I've seen online, I think it's reference 3458, with serial number in box 48.XXX so I think it dates from 1937.
It seems that all the components are original ... except the dial, which I do not know what to think.
All the information about the clock and in particular on the dial, will be welcome.
And most of all, thank you in advance and sorry for my poor English ...

I believe your dial has been repainted. Very, very nice bracelet, however.

Thanks !
I have seen several Rolex from 1935-36-37 (chrono24) with only text ROLEX, no perpetual, no oyster...
I am going to take the watch to my watchmaker, but I doubt if I ask to restore the dial, because if it is original, I would not want to restore it.

In your opinion, do you know the value of the clock?

The bracelet is worth more than the watch actually.

Very rare 2 tone steel and pink beads of rice band with a Rolex signed clasp.

The 9 means 9k on the gold.

The clock works fine. The little I've checked goes with + -20 second day.
And it's so pretty. I do not know what to do with the dial.
Thank you very much.

When I take the watch to the watchmaker, I will tell him to take pictures of the disassembled watch. I will post them here.

The bracelet is long. Okay for my 8 inch doll.

Now doing service review.
Besides, I decided to paint the dial.
When finished, I will show the result.

Cool! The movement looks to be in pretty good shape.

I did a 3065 for an AD once...he sent photos...these bracelets have no marks on clasp and being so unusual he though it was aftermarket and was throwing it away...luckily I pointed it out and informed him it was worth as much as the watch. :-)

Yes. The 3065 was an original half and half dial and much rarer ref. Though the clasp blades are signed there is no crown on the clasp cover ad on later bands.
