Dial matches the serial. Dial and hands look fine and the case looks worn. It has a replaced crystal. Not really easy to judge much more from the pics you share. You would expect the lume to light up if exposed to a UV light.

The crown is not the original twin-lock - other than that its a '67 (my 1.5m was a 66 but almost exactly the same - no photos of the bezel to see but it looks to be too new compared to the wear of the rest of the case - so replaced at some point hopefully the insert is correct (should be a long 5 fat font)

I think as well that some pic is missing to give a complete opinion on the watch... for what we can see it seems ok (but glass is service).
