Sub Hands Falling Off?

Stupid question.
Do you guys think these hands are going to hold up. They look like they could fall off.

I'm actually looking at buying this

The hands look like they have some corrosion. If this is a moronic fear that the hands are in poor health please tell me. My knowledge base on vintage Rolexes is lacking at best.

I dunno, to me that seems like more than normal hand corrosion for a watch from 1984.

Are those faint uniform lines on the dial? I dunno, for a sapphire crystal, white gold surrounds watch, I would seek something in much better overall condition.

matching/non matching does not really bother me. Not seeing the movement bothers me.

I really like the look of the watch. I also do not want the damage to destroy the value later on.
