Question about 14060 Submariner clasp
Hello:
The clasp on my submariner doesn't really "click" I can only secure it with the latch that goes over it, is that normal/expected on a vintage watch? or is there anything wrong with the clasp? I've attached pictures just in case anyone can spot something wrong with it right away. Thanks |

You bend the flat blade slightly, which makes it effectively shorter, and the clasp cover will then snap again.

Which one is the flat blade?
Also, I don't need to worry about it being after market or anything right? |

Not normal. My 14060 from 1990 still clicks and stays put without the flip-lock. What doesn't stay put as efficiently is the diver's extension. It gives in to the weight of the bracelet.
