Submariner 114060 Authentic?

Hey everyone,

normally I'm not "that guy" joining a community and instantly asking for help (before contributing something myself), so sorry in advance for this one.

I've been chasing my first Rolex (always wanted a 114060) for quite some time now and found a good one, sold by a local Chrono24 dealer. I could pick it up tomorrow and it looks good to me, but after some googling I saw how close some fake models look nowadays...so I wanted to double check: do you see anything fishy here?

Many thanks for your help (better 100% safe than sorry)!

Yeah, pearl is cracked according to seller. Is it expensive to have that replaced by a Rolex dealer?

Will have the chance to check it out on-site tomorrow. The shop says it got serviced and polished (guess the little marks u can see) since the photos were taken, so let's hope for the best. Here are some additional photos in case any red flags can be seen, but the seller's reputation is pretty good:

Apart from damaged pearl dot
It all looks good from what can be seen
Bricks and mortar company is also safer

Unless you have it opened up and fully authenticated inside and out...then you are taking a very large risk with your money and might be buying a dubious watch. My advice, don't buy it unless you can have it fully authenticated first inside and outside. Way too many people have been posting here how they got burned on a watch deal. Don't be the next one please.

This.

And . . . are all the links present? For me, that would mean an automatic no sale. Having to hunt them down can be a real annoyance.

Well that does not make it fake?
And it’s all to do with price
OP 13 links as standard.

To add some more context:

It's a brick and mortar business here in the city with a good reputation as far as I can tell from the reviews (and sentiment in message boards when I googled it). I also have a 14 day right to return it, so that gave me some more security here. The watch is still advertised on the website, I was just the first one to message (once it popped up on chrono24). My plan is to take it to one of the 2 Rolex dealers here to have the PIP replaced (or at least get a quote on that), where they would also check if anything is wrong.

I thought that strategy was solid, but I'm obviously thankful for any concerns if I miss something here!
