Yachtmaster 2 Bezel replacement/repair

Hey there gents,

Wore the watch working out...swingin my arms around attempting to warm up and clipped the side of a machine like a MORON and actually to my surprise didn't damage it nearly as much as I should/could have. Either way the yellow 'paint' in the E is some what chipped OUT, not sure how that happened as opposed to crushing the bezel but really overall my question is that repairable or just straight up replacement bezel. (no damage to the gold etc, just the blue cerachrome ceramic is chipped)

Any suggestions?

Anywhere I can buy those and swap that little bugger out myself? (just curious)
