For sale is an excellent condition 35mm stainless steel and 18k yellow gold Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date. The 15223 is an S serial, circa 1996, and comes with box, papers, and red hang tag. The watch just returned from the factory where it received a full service, crown, crystal, hands, and case back and will come with a copy of the service paperwork. The Rolex features a brushed steel case with polished sides and a yellow gold engine turned bezel. The Date is set on a two-tone oyster bracelet with polished yellow gold center links, brushed steel outer links with polished sides, and a folding brushed steel deployment buckle. The bracelet is sized to fit comfortably on a 7.25 inch wrist. The 15223 features a champagne stick dial with date window at 3 o’clock. The Date uses the Rolex 3135 movement which has 48 hours of power reserve and features hours, minutes, sweep seconds and date function as well as being COSC certified. The bracelet has a little bit of shimmy, call it 85%, and there are a couple hairlines in the polished gold center links…otherwise the watch looks and runs great.
