It was in her interest to sell me the higher value but said that they would not be getting another Rootbeer anytime soon and that the YM (Everose) was easier to obtain at a later time. I went with the CHNR, but the YM 126655 is NEXT.

Yes, the CHNR is certainly a tougher find. When you're ready, I'm sure you'll be able to track down the 126655 in no time.

I loved my CHNR, but I'm really enjoying the slimmer case of the YM, along with the Glidelock clasp.

OP, in the case of the steel YM vs CHNR, I would agree with the masses here and say CHNR! It's the nicer watch imo, with the added functionality of the GMT. However, the YM is no slouch! Considering you didn't bond with the SD43's size, you might like the YM's case better.
