Thoughts on my 4 piece collection

I just got my 4 watch roll from Carapaz and I’m very impressed with the quality and functionality. Placing my watches in there made me reflect on the collection so far. Although to the casual observer they all may share similar attributes I feel the differences are what make me choose one over another on any given day. I’m happy wth the current lot.

2 x 5 and 6 digit models

1 x ceramic bezel, 1 SS bezel, 1 alu bezel and 1 platinum bezel

1 x time only

2 x gmt function pieces

2 x black dial, 1 polar, 1 rhodium

2 x brushed oyster bracelets, 1 jubilee, 1 PCL oyster

4 x 40mm

Thoughts, suggestions, whines, opinions welcome!

Looks good to me!

As you said, on the surface they look very similar but each one brings a different quality so I think they make sense and harmony in your collection.

Having said that, have you ever thought of adding a two tone or yellow-gold model in the mix? Bluesy or Root Beer might be fun.

Nice collection! Don't trade, just grow from here. Perhaps a Precious Metal or TT.

Nicely curated collection there!

I’d say you have steel Rolexes covered. Maybe PM Daytona on strap next?

great watches especially the 2 GMT but to me your collection is not diverse at all.
All are 40mm Rolex sport watches and have similar dial with same rounded hour markers, and a rotative bezel with numeral on it (the only thing that differ is the material used).
Unless you are GMT lover, i would keep only one (i vote pepsi) and make a choice between the YM and Sub.

Very impressive collection, and well balanced.
I think you should just add what you want to round it out.

Great combination of transitional and modern pieces. Heavy on functional bezels. Fits the roll though!!!

This is a tight, yet diverse enough, collection. Congrats! And the Carapaz 4-slot is a perfect place for the collection.

This is a nice rounded collection. Soooooooooo much better than just having all the hot models which everyone else has.

Well done. I think for a SS collection its pretty perfect.

That 5 digit pepsi is immaculate. The YM40 also fits in really well with everything here even though its not the hottest watch.

It's a wonderful collection!

If you're looking for feedback, depending on when you got your pepsi, I would consider moving it, taking advantage of the market. The polar is a better GMT, in a collection with a Sub, IMO. With the funds, I would add something blue, or something with arabics.
