Well that's interesting!

I wonder what the motivation for dropping Officine from their name is? Perhaps they're just simplifying the name for social media only?

Well that’s interesting ... is there any information from the company on why?

I’m headed to Firenze in 3 weeks ... do I need to straighten them out?

Might be, but, with Panerai one just never knows.

Add it to the long, long list of “points of discussion”, Brian.

More importantly, have a great trip!! I’m jealous. Is this exclusively a Panerai shopping/pilgrimage trip, or do you have additional plans while you’re there?

Thank you Cru, we shall.

We have a family vacation (3weeks in Italy) and will spend about 3 days in Florence. Should be enough time to break away for a couple of hours and visit the boutique

100% true. Just asked someone at their Neuchatel plant and she confirmed it. It is a new direction by the new CEO.

I’m still curious to know what the reasoning is. Is Officine too hard to pronounce in English?
