Absolutely they do. Not on Rolex currently, other than PM models. But Tudor - for sure. All depends on the model. No discounts on the 58 or GMT, but they should on the other Black Bays

Other that the fine adjustment issues (for my liking) bracelet is good. Quality is there and the BBN looks good on the bracelet.

...and you dont have to play games with them or buy they flowers or anything. Just go look at the watch, tell them you are interested, and ask what sort of discount they are offering. If they say none. Politely tell them you are going to shop around and ask then to call you of something changes. Bet you won't get a foot out the door before they offer something

Yes the green Harrods not as happy with it as I thought I would be. I prefer the Bucherer.

Thanks for the tip. If you ask them for reservation (since BB58's don't come too often), are you obligated to buy it? What if you tried the watch and realized that you didn't like it?

Do they have the same size as the regular 41 BB's?

Also, how difficult would it be to get the BB58? Same as the SubCs?

I’m not sure but I had a red one which I have now sold that didn’t feel half as chunky as the others.

Tudor Heritage Black Bay Blue, reference 79220B for sale

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum so I would need your help and advise where is the best place to sell my watch and how much do you reckon I should be pricing my watch for?

I have uploaded the pictures of my watch.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

I would suggest checking a few sites like eBay, Crhono24 and WatchRecon to get an idea of current asking prices for your model. You can also sell to a reseller like Crown and Caliber or Watchbox but you won’t get as much as selling it yourself.

I just bought the BB Red, but the BB Blue was right in the mix when it came to my final decision.

That’s what I also like about Tudor in this current market. It’s still a straightforward process to buy a watch from that brand. Here’s to hoping that they keep it accessible.

I just found a BB 58. I'm really enjoying it. It wears beautifully, runs perfectly and is a very solid watch. I've also been looking for an explorer II from the local ADs and its proving harder to come by.

The price differential between full ask from a dealer plus tax can be SUBSTANTIALLY more than you can get the same new watch (stickers/unworn/full kit) from a re-seller.

In my case, it was a Pelagos. I tried it on at a dealer, asked if they could offer any discount from full list, and they said no. $4550 plus 10% tax (San Francisco) is $5000.

I purchased a BNIB stickered full kid Blue Pelagos from one of out fine sellers here for $3350, shipped overnight.

That's some easy math there.

Too bad for the dealer, if they had offered to get it near $4000 with tax I would have walked out.

if i intend to keep the watch for long term. i would prefer to get it brand new from AD. i believe that ADs are able to give discounts for Tudors.
