You mentioned in another post that you only travel with one watch. Maybe you are ready to go on vacation and the Omega is a more appropriate side-kick to take on the trip.

Because weather is getting hot and the Rolies are too tight to fit on your wrist? or you don't want to get them dirty as you sweat a lot. Better to get the Omega sweaty...

Because you wanted to wear a better looking, more accurate watch with great lume that isn't as grossly over-priced as Rolex. Or you opted to wear a brand that isn't bought, quite often, (but not always, by any means) by watch snobs that turn their noses down at other brands because they don't know enough about them to realize quite a few are just as good as Rolex if not better in some areas, but due to some folks needing a brand name to help establish their identity, they'd rather buy the brand, not the watch, then have the nerve to not only bash other brands (something that was NEVER DONE on TRF in the past) but to probably get pissed off when someone makes a negative post about Rolex.

Anyway, that's always been one of my favorite SMP's. The steel bezel and dial color combo is just a real beauty

Looks good, and your Omega SMP is a great watch, but I really prefer the look of the Rolex
