Rolex warentee card question

Hi everyone!

I just picked up a z serial 14060M and have a question about the warentee card that came with it.

The front of the card only lists 3 items (no client, ref montre, no serie). The client number matches the country code for the store on the back of the card - Japan. I've heard that Rolex produced many different versions of these cards and that they vary by region, but most I have seen list 4 items (typically including some reference to the dial?).

Any thoughts as to why this one only lists 3? Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks so much!

Picture would be good. 14060m only had black dial so no need to be any more specific ? That's the best I got.

Kind of hard to understand specifically what your asking with your English.

Thanks for the info!

I guess my question is should i be concerned that its not a legit card. I got it from a dealer that has a good reputation on the forum, but have just never seen one like it. Ill post up a pic ASAP.

I did some digging online and came across this post from 2007 (below). It looks like Rolex had a few different versions of these cards when they introduced them. The spec pictured in the post below is in German, but the card I have is similar to the second one shown.

Any thoughts on why certain models would get one card vs the other?

Thanks!
