Great watch, clean dial and it looks like the new datejust36. The red date and hands adds a unique modern look. It’s a great piece and still a good value for the money... looks like a dj36 w/ the added feature of a 60min counter.

Hi guys, just noticed this thread and I’m actually looking to sell my DJ turn o graph. Owned it for a few years now but looking to take the family on a once in a lifetime holiday and to be honest I very rarely wear the watch. It was a tough choice to make as I love it but children are the priority now so needs must. If anyone is interested then drop me a private message. I have plenty photos and purchase receipt from Watchfinder. Thanks

I have a ‘02 ToG TT with a beautiful blue dial. It’s on a Jub bracelet and I love that watch. I think of it as an upgraded Date Just.

Did the jubilee bracelet retail for more than the Oyster on the Turnograph?

Just picked one up. Was worried about the 36mm size, but I think it fits me well.

It has a bigger, flatter bezel than a standard DJ to fit the numbers and that means it has to have a smaller dial. If you compare it side by side to a standard DJ you’ll see the difference is noticeable.

Bit of advice. You need to be a pledge member to sell on the forum. Just a word to the wise in case you get reported, otherwise you risk getting banned.

Has real history as Rolex’s first tool watch and used by USAF. My impressions are that it was never very popular & shunned, but I really can’t see why? All the ingredients of a great watch surely?

If this watch was slightly bigger....I would have picked one up a long time ago. Great watch.

As others have noted, the downside of this version is that the bezel rotates too easily (as in the photo, showing it off the 12:00 mark), and the triangle at the top loses its paint too easily. I had it repainted once, and within a month, it wore away again.

But it looks great with a blue shirt!

When you say replaced! Do you mean the bezel or the paint (ceramic ) ? Cheers

Here's my recently acquired and fully-serviced, circa 1986 TOG.

It's not a watch that I ever really wanted to buy, but when a friend offered to sell me his at a good price, I couldn't resist.

Now, I'm a true believer.
