vintage bubble watch - help

hi everyone,

my father gave me this watch many years ago. i think he's had it for over 50 yrs...

any idea what model it is, and how much it is worth.

I'm not sure of the model number, however you might want to get that marker back on the dial. i think it is worth at least $3,500+ Right now.

yeah i'm thinking of bringing it to rolex toronto to get fixed

do you know where i'd be able to get more information on this rolex?

Hi, If you can either remove the straps carefully with a needle or turn them out the way, you should see a four figure number between the lugs on one side and a six figure number on the other. The four figure number is the watch model number and the six is the watch's unique serial number. You should be able to begin your research with these.

Looks like it might be a 6564 or 6565 from the late 50's.

Looks like the dial was refinished in the past, try contacting Bob Ridley for restoration questions.
