User Not Receiving Private messages

Not knowing protocol, I asked a user to be his friend, thinking that would allow me to see watches he listed for sale.

Can I guess that since he chose to not receive PMs from me, there's no way in the future to contact him about watches he lists for sale?

If there's a way to search listings by individual users, I'd love to know how, thank you.

There are better sites out there for hook ups

Click 'Search this Forum' at top right; then click 'Advanced Search'

Then at top right enter the sellers username in 'Search by User Name'

In addition, the seller and I have been in email communication, and it appears as though his account may just be configured so he doesn't receive PM notification unless he's online.
