I sold a watch that I just bumped and have been getting a lot of PMs about it. Can I submit a reply now telling people it is sold BEFORE 48 hours so I can stop getting all these PMs and. Not violate the 48 hour policy since I’ve obviously sold the watch and am not replying to bump it?

I don’t want to get my account suspended again about the bump policy so that’s why I’m asking.

Yes, you can say sold, traded or withdrawn at any tme. Anything else is considered a bump.
