What's for dinner guys....?????

Marinara with chicken breast over whole grain Rotini and some really great cheese.
Healthy but very tasty.
Grilled the tomatoes, onions and peppers first for that fire roasted action.

Tonight was good eating like none other for me. We made fresh fried crappie tacos, complete with cilantro lime rice, black beans, fresh cheese, and a home made siracha sauce, served in warm corn tortillas. I meant to take a picture, but it got eaten up too fast!

Stopped at my favorite Country Bakery yesterday on the way back from Houston to pick up a fresh loaf of bread.

Thick sliced white bread, grilled chicken, fresh tomato, lettuce, horseradish mayo and onion.

Nothing like a simple fresh sandwich sometimes.

Zero Michelin Stars

Broke out the fine paper plates just for Paul!
Pulled pork sandwich, kettle chips and beans. One of my favorite meals.

Haha! Nice one, Paul, after having a big Roast Lamb lunch at some friends house I couldn't wait to come home to some simple sandwiches.

Bought grillgrates for my Weber. The 2 year old grates were bad. First cook went great. Too early to recommend, but steak was very juicy and amazing.
Grillgrates.com I have no affiliation other than happy after one use.

Big bone in ribeye with blue cheese, and 3 filets. All prime. Enjoyed great wine with it too!

Sorry for sideways pics. I'm delirious! Hope someone can teach me how to use tap a talk at the gtg!
