Thanks Marie, beef intestines are not everyone's cup of tea, but I like the texture. The ramen is my favourite It's the perfect meal to end a night out. It has a strong smell, but in kyushu if you're not eating tonkotsu, you're not eating ramen

I am adventurous with regard to food and will try most anything_once. I must admit that I would require bit of Sake before I tried that.

I had it with milk or cold water. I found it taste too rich with milk though. I switch this AST VP2. Taste awesome!

BTW, judging from your diet..are you into bodybuilding, Bruno?

Its borderline obsession with me. Can you give me a link to this protein. I'm always looking to improve things.

I hate cutting big bro. Its my least favorite part of bbing because I always feel I lose some muscle mass so I dont cut like I should. Plus my wife wont let me eat like that for more than a few days. She'll just make something so good I have to eat it.

Bruno mate dieting drives me NUTS!!!

& I'll PM you a link later (from home) to the CNP protein I use...
It's a blend of casein & whey so a good 'all rounder' IMO.

Buddy Leo , you'd think that in the great State of Florida , surrounded by water and an abundance of fish , it would be possible to purchase a fishing-rod and go out and
CATCH FISH ! I don't give the fishmonger a penny , I catchem , saltem and even air-
dryem which I learned when I lived in Iceland. The Icelanders called the dry fish.....
Hongifiskur ( my spelling) it's delicious either chewed dry or added to soups and stews, did you have the same methods in Sverige ? I am going to do my cod to your recipe....it looks great !

Thanks Dan I'm looking forward to it. As you can see currently I'm using O.N. Goldstandard Whey and liking it but am always looking to improve.

What a terrific breakfast. I dont have much of an appetite when I get up at 7am so I eat healthy cereal and fruit but when I get to work I make a protein shake. I eat a much better breakfast on the weekends though when My Kristen can make me a proper one.

I just ate this for lunch btw (6 eggs) and I'll have at least two more protein shakes......I eat about 220 grams of protein EVERY day..FTW.

Guys I thought it might be prudent to post this 'in the open' in case anyone else fancies a change as well??

Obviously they're UK based suppliers but I can highly recommend the CNP as a 'daytime' protein....
I use MaxiMiuscle Pro-Max whey-isolate before & after training but when I need something slower digesting (& in the convenience of a shake) I use the CNP Pro-Peptide blend.

(& on a personal note neither give me the stomach troubles that I've found with some other brands).

Thanks! I'm big on breakfast. My first meal is 6am and always consists of eggs in some form. Then I'll have another meal a couple hours later,(usually oatmeal, greek yogurt and fruit, or nonfat cottage cheese.

Here are a couple of proteins I'm using now and really like. The Syntha-6 banana flavor is really good, the triple whey is better in chocolate flavor unless you want to blend with fruit in which case vanilla is best.
220g is a lot of protein, don't back into any open flames.......

Certainly sound like you've got your diet sussed friend!!

(& Sorry if we're 'hijacking' the thread but for anyone doing resistance training on a regular basis I'd advocate 1g protein/per lb of body-weight as a general rule of thumb..... When I'm bulking I'll double that. )

I'm back at work now after that lunch and a protein shake. I feel sorry for my co-workers. btw, I do love that greek yogurt too.

I'm guessing you weigh at least 200lbs but its hard to tell on the pictures. So you eat 400 grams per day while bulking. Holly Swole Dan Man thats a ton. Whats your height and weight? I'm 6'3 and am at 230 right now. Feels like a good weight for me maybe I could bulk a little more then cut for the summer.

btw, this thread is JACKED.

Cookies, forgetaboutit. Fried chicken, I could eat but my wife never fries anything so I dont much at all. Now the beer...We have a problem mate. I like beer but ever since I got into bbing I just drink the really light stuff. Miller lite and Mich. Ultra. Should I give this up all together? Should I switch to some other alcohol?? btw, when I drink its only a few beers Friday and Sat. nights.

Well maybe sometimes a little more than a few.

Pizza night postponed until tomorrow night.

I smell something aromatic cooking downstairs will take the camera with me when the call comes in.

I hope it's not cat, I love cats but can't eat a whole one. (I know, I know, terribly bad joke).
