Vintage Hamilton Pan Europ 703 Caught

This is another rare beauty that I did not expect to find here, a vintage Hamilton Pan Europ Chrono-matic 703, powered by the first automatic chronograph movement, the famous Cal. 11 developed by Hamilton, Heuer Dubois-Depraz and Breitling. This watch is a favorite among Hamilton fans. In fact, Hamilton came out recently with a re-issue of the Pan Europ powered by a modified ETA 7753 movement. This watch has a beautiful blue dial that turns into black or purple when viewed at different angles. The cushion case is quite large at 43mm and looks similar to the Heuer 1163 case.

Very cool watch. I love all the circular design elements on the dial. That's a cool strap on there too.

Nice watch; Hamilton is one of my all time favorites due to my father's gold tank as I was growing up.
