Sub Owner - PAM560 v IWC 3239 v Hublot Classic Fusion 42mm

My daily driver is a classic sub. I owned a Panerai 112 for 6 years which was recently stolen.

I'm now tossing up the 3 choices as above. I gather the 560 now has a better in house 8 day movement the other two not in-house.

loved the 112 but wasn't great with a suit. I am currently leaning towards the Hublot as a happy medium size wise.

I'd be curious to know what you guys thinks is the better value proposition. Pricing via Jomashop etc all quite close.

Thanks guys,

Dannyboy

If the 112 was a little chunky, the 560 won't be better for you. Out of the current range, look to the 572, 574 or 620 for a more versatile PAM (I still can't bring myself to recommend the Due line, but you might like them, too).

I would go to an AD and try on the new Panerai's with the thinner cases. I believe they would work well with a suit. The Hublot is not for me.

560 actually has a different case and bezel than 112, they are ever so slightly thinner

Sadly living in NZ there's very little stock held for trying/viewing, so it's Internet research and online shopping.

Go for the Panerai...

Neither that particular Iwc or Hublot are impressive watches.
