Strap Size Help For Newbie Please
I have just pulled the trigger on my first Panerai. I have a PAM210 on it`s way to me as I type
It has a black strap on it & I wish to purchase a couple of brown ones as I think they look better. I have seen a great choice of straps on TRF, which size do I need for the 210 ? Thanks in advance |

So, depends...
What is your wrist size? What style you want to wear the strap? (vintage or more traditional) Gator or nice leather or ammo? The lugs are 27mm but 26mm straps will do nicely in them. I like gators to taper from 27 or 26 down to 24mm at the buckle. For ammos, straight non-taper is the best. ie 27/27 or 26/26. Thickness of the straps play big into the fit. The thicker the strap, the longer it needs to be. Here is more traditional gator. Here is vintage ammo. Somewhere in the middle

Just expect some trial & error when it comes to finding the right type, size, fit. It takes time.

Thanks for that
The lug size was the one I really needed. My wrist is 7.5. I love that vintage ammo you have, that`s on my list. |

Mik,
Put that ABP away ;-) At least I have an ABP Ostrich now. Brown is good on the 210. I'll post a few pics later on. You can even buy a 27/20 for tang, for an ardillon (tang) buckle. They look really sweet. Even the 210 with a simple OEM brown calf lifts the appearance. Welcome to the Panerai and Radiomir appreciators club. Watch out for mfer, he is infectious with ideas and encouraging when it comes to help. A dangerous Panerai friend, in the nicest way of course. cheers richard |
