Quite a few Air King sold in grey.

Recently, I saw that there are quite a few air king sold in the grey market.

People start buying it in case it will be discontinued?

Likely an opportunity to just buy at lower than usual prices

How can you know those watches are sold?

Is doesn't say anything IMO.

Do you want to buy an AirKing yourself?

I think it's just one of the few "sports" models that falls in the "affordable" category. Very similar to the Explorer 2 40 mm.

Found out that listings are no longer there.

If the price is really reasonable, I might consider getting one.

I think a number of people bought them a few months ago when they were the only sports models available at an AD. But then they fell out of love and flipped them. Too bad you can’t try one on these days before you buy. Cool piece but the AK wears much larger than the Explorer and is more out there than the Milgauss.

Unfortunately, with the current market they have not appreciated all that well. .
