Trade my Omega AT?

Looking to trade my Omega Aqua Terra 38.5 non-master coaxial 8500 movement for a Heuer vintage chronograph refresh. The two I am deciding between are the references CAR221A.FC6353 or CV5111.FC6335 (both pictured respectively)

Of the three, which would you guys recommend?

I have in my collection a Rolex 114060, a Grand Seiko Snowflake and the Aqua Terra. The AT gets little to no wrist time and I want a chrono. Not really that interested in the speedy at the moment. I am sure I will have one. Just not next. I will also pick up an EP stricking 10th - but again just not yet.

Any insight or opinions are greatly appreciated on the AT or two Heuers' mentioned above !!
