Wrong forum. It may have hallmarks inside the caseback which would easily identify the year (if the case was produced in the UK) otherwise, the serial will help.

This is certainly not a Rolex watch with Asprey branding. Asprey is a jeweller. When Rolex would sell their watches with a jeweller's mark on them, it would be in addition to the usual Rolex branding, not instead of.
