Tag watches.
What’s the general opinion on Tag watches. Been a member of this forum for a while no one talks about or mentions them?
I own tag aquaracer and I like (not love) it. What I like is the look of it, however not so much the comfort. You can definitely feel the difference In a Rolex. Interested to hear some opinions! Here’s mine .. very hot today it’s very tight. The adjustable link is absolutely useless by the way it’s like two whole links. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I love my Aquaracer. It gets its fair amount of time in the rotation. If you don't know the history of Heuer AND Tag, it's worth the time to look into. Hopefully, With Jean Claude Biver at the helm, we'll see some great stuff from them in the future.

The are very nice watches in their market niche.
Personally they change models too often, chase fashion trends, liquidate watches at Costco and IMHO occupy a lower status in the watch world for my taste. I know a lot of people like them and I know owners of them but I personally would never buy one.

A few months back got the Tag Monaco Gulf limited edition and love it! Good accuracy, sold build, and eight-year warranty too :)

Heuer was good. Once it’s combined with Tag it lost some if not most of its charm.

There are always a few Tag models I like -- now its some of the Aquaracers & Carreras. For me they were the luxury watch brand before I started learning about watches, probably because that & Movado were the luxury brands at the department store.

Tag is the brand that got me into watches around 17 years old I believe.

I have tried to like the brand and have owned several watches over the years but they never stick. Nothing wrong with the brand but nothing right either that makes me want to buy and own. I think this is different for everyone but there is too much out there that I like more.

My wife bought me one with a granite face for an anniversary 25 or 30 years ago. The face was too small as time went on. I gifted it to my 21 year old niece. Who knows what happened to it. I don’t think most people that age care about watches. Although I have hypnotized a few nephews.

Tag watches.
Monaco Calibre 11 is one watch I have been drooling for years, but yet to get my hands on one. Very happy with my Aquaracer Calibre 5 for now. One of my most accurate watches too!
