Anyone have the holy trinity in their Collection?

Just took delivery of the Vacheron Patrimony Small seconds in rose gold, so now I have (for the second time) the full holy trinity in the collection. AP Royal Oak 15400, Patek 5146g, and the Vacheron Patrimony.

Would love to hear everyones thoughts and see other peoples trinity.

Big congrats! I'm stuck at 2 out of 3 as no VC has moved me to purchase yet. Having said that, yours is a beautiful time only dress example.

Im at 2 out of the 3 as well. No VC. However if i get an ALS thats the holy trinity too, just not the Swiss specific one. Im on the fence on a VC overseas, but that would probably be the one I would pick as im very sports watch centered. Not sold on the blue, but if it comes out in black i'd be in.

Thats a great looking collection.

I hear ya, I am sure one will move up the list eventually, sometimes you can get some great deals (like I did) and its very compelling to get a gorgeous Vacheron dress watch at 50% of the cost of an equivalent Patek.

I came close with a VC RG chrono I saw in Florida, but was looking for other pieces at the time. I completely agree on the VC dress watches being a compelling value for the superior quality.

2 out of the 3 for me as well. Nothing in the VC collection really compels me to purchase one at this moment. In my books, I basically consider ALS as taking VC's spot and I am really tempted to add one soon.

In my collection, there're 2 APs, 2 PPs plus others. I like VC and the one you got is just beautiful. But I am more inclined to add a third (fourth, fifth and so on) Patek to my collection than any other watch brand.

I have AP and PP too, often been close to buying a VCO, 2nd gen not 3rd, and I like the two new Complete calendars. I'm more likely to add a Lange later this year, probably a ZW.

The new 1492 Calendar really caught my eye. It's still more likely that I would eventually add a JLC or ALS to my big two, tho.

I’m also a PP and AP guy but have never truly fallen in love with a VC.

I'm 2 of 3 (5711; and 26331). Thinking about picking up one of the new pieces from VC. I like the looks of the new collection they just announced.

While I like VC and could conceive of buying one it’s not independent. For me the trio represents the past regrettably. Present day it’s really just a duo if being true to the origins of the 3. Just my opinion.

I intend on adding an AP in future.

Neil is correct (), only 1 of the 3 (Patek only, no AP or VC), so .333.

Don't shoot the messenger, Neil! iPhone X and a Patek, and you have enabling pics....

Can’t believe only 1among us. I’ve owned all 3 but currently also Steve style - 1/3. I’ve got an ALS inbound so soon 2/3. (Counting all four as tops). I also like that 56 complete calendar Rg or even steel version (deployant doesn’t work on me.....). Waiting for AP to do a 39/40 diver or chrono offshore. Or dust off NOS 15300. Flipped 15202, yeah yeah, I know

A few examples. I have the 5227G black dial also and a couple of other AP’s.
The new VC three handed blue face looks interesting for possible future edition.
Didn’t set out to have an example from each, it just sort of happened.

I agree with the ROO in particular, its getting a bit too extreme for me. I still like the RO line as there are some really nice watches mixed in the collection.

To my eye, many APs have a similar big, chunky style to them. It surprises me that they are a Holy Trinity brand, TBH.

That's an impressive trio. I did once...

Now I only have a PP and an AP along with Rolexes. I wouldn't mind adding the gen 3 Overseas in the future though.

I might be wrong but I think your vc is a traditionelle and not a patrimony.

The traditionelle is the VC I would want but probably won’t make the cut. I as well have pp, ap and als though.

While the Royal Oak style is predominant, there is no shortage of grand comps with this brand.

I would look into the history of AP and their watchmaking ability. The ROO series is just one part of what they do and are larger sports pieces. They have fantastic RO complication pieces that are stunning.
