I'm not ready to convict anyone yet, but David, in the time that this thread has been going, has not responded, yet has just registered on Timezone and is attempting to sell there. He has listings as recent as yesterday. Who knows if it's really him?
This seems fishy, because it seems like a suicidal move. You never know if the buyer was actually a former employee or some other disgruntled person. Ditto for the OP. This smells more like a smear campaign. |

Hello Robyn.
I don't know if you've done an advanced search for Rolex1 but if you do, you will see many, many watches that he has listed for sale. Although his selling privileges have been suspended, the watches still appear there. Just click on the Search link above and then on Advanced Search. Better yet, here's a link: http://www.rolexforums.com/search.php?searchid=3194699 You may find some of your watches here. |

Maybe Rolex1’s attorney advice him to remain silence at this time.

Thanks Robyn. The watches here on TRF he had for sale does not match anything on your list at first glance. Please let us know if it gets resolved on your end.

Anyone attempt to PM Rolex1? One would think he would visit TRF after he listed four watches. HMMMMM... I hope it's not true... If it is, we need to

At this point, I have presented all the information I have, until the warrant is served. All memebers of this forum should take it as they will, and form their own opinions. I will post whenever I recieve any updates - good or bad. We have a great sale coming up in January with some nice watches, so maybe he will make good on his returned check and come back with cash for our next sale!! might be wishful thinking - but I'm hoping for a positive outcome - one in which my bosses get their $10k back! Happy Holidays to you all!

I thought I was done here for a while, until i had an update... but I just HAD to respond to this remark. It is 7:52am in New York, I am trying to get my two girls up for school and then get to work by 9am... running late and trying to update this thread so people aren't leaving rude remarks... and you feel the need to pick on my spelling. If you don't want to listen to my warning because I failed to spell RECEIVE correctly - than so be it! I never asked for a lynching - a little simple respect shouldn't be out of the question though. |

As it stands it seems quite clear that Robyn's organisation has been duped by this member.
He has been banned from this place and hopefully you will keep us informed as to any success in bringing him to account.

Listen, I don't care about spelling, (I'm the first to misspell something) I was only making light so forgive me. I do care about continued remarks by someone who has not been vetted (sp) and everyone jumping on the bandwagon. Hang em, ban him etc. Maybe I'm naive but this is a bit strange.

Again Thanks Robyn!! I am sure you might have saved some folks here pain and agony.
I'm sure Steve just forgot to put the smiley face after his attempt at some humor, also. Paul has banned him to save other parties from suffering. Look forward to any other updates. Happy Holidays!! Mike |

UPDATE: David Shulman has made contact with me via my work phone number. Payment has not been made yet.. BUT at least contact has been made. It's a step. I told him we would contact the investigator, District Attorney and this forum as soon as payment was received. At this point, we are still going forward with the Warrant, until we have certified funds in hand.
