SD43 pickup

So today I got a tip off that there was an SD43 day in the case at the local AD. I was actually 2nd on the list but as this was put in the case it was first come first served. Although I wasn't convinced on the fit on my small wrists, the AD helped convince me it was a good choice so I bit the bullet. Still a little unsure but I feel it was too good to pass up as they didn't know when they'll have another delivery. Will have to see if I can get used to it, thinking of removing the divers extension for a more comfortable fit.

Fit your wrist nicely. Not too big. Will suggest remove the fliplock extension for better comfort/fit.

Congratulations! Looks great on your wrist. I removed the diver extension from my SD4K and it is very comfortable. (7 3/4"+ wrist). Waiting on SD43 to hit our AD. Enjoy!

Nice. Things like this make waiting lists seem dumb.

Cheers guys. Really appreciate the comments as I was a little bit hesitant on the watch, even though I love the way it looks. The red writing really does pop. Hopefully with the divers extension removed it will be more comfortable. My wrist size is 6.5 inches.

Congrats...but IMO it looks big. Don't worry about what others say anyway, it looks good and feels good to you, then enjoy and not look back.

Congrats - looks good!
Curious that the AD would make the watch available to anyone with buyers on a waiting list.

They are. The TRF "fanboys" will still claim it's worth paying the TRF tax to buy from a grey seller, but they are everywhere now and are available even with a slight discount from places.

A dealer who hasn't got a single 116500 yet got 3 of these this month.
