Why do you think Rolex designed the Seadweller 16600 bracelet like they did? On the 6 O'clock side it is longer than the 16610 with no ajustment, it is impossible to get the clasp centered for my wrist.

You could remove a permanent link from the 6 side. I did it to my sub. Here is how to do it

Wait. No. I take it back. It IS a bit off-centered. I've bracketed off where the clasp rests on the OP's wrist.
It's off-centered by about a link. Can't you just take one link from one side and add it to the other side?

Yes I agree it is off a bit but not too bad at all. Depending on how many links you have already removed you may be able to do the above... Just use a little (key word)bit of loctite when you put the screw back in

He can't do that as he already removed the max number of links from the 6:00 side. That is the point of the original poster: The SD has more permanent links on this side that its cousin the Sub. This could be particularly problematic for small wrists.

It actually does not look too bad. I have small wrists and my Sub 16610's clasp was shifted further right than this.

How do you figure that? The OP mentioned nothing about how many links he's taken off the bracelet. And how many are left.

On the 6'oclock side the minimum is 5 links. The OP is down to 4 links on the 12'oclock side and it's still too big?

I think what the OP is saying is that the SD is longer on the 6:00 side than the Sub with no further adjustment available e.g. "minimum is 5 links" on the 6:00 side. It is not a matter of the bracelet being too big, but of not having one more removable link on the 6:00 side.

If he could take out one more link on that side and shift it to the other side, the clasp would push closer to being fully centered. But it seems the only way to make the 6:00 side shorter is by getting a permanent link taken out. There are people that have done this, but it becomes a permanent mod and also impacts the smooth flow of the links.

I'd live with it if I were the OP. Its slightly annoying but short of removing a permanent link there isn't much you can do.

My sub 14060m is like that too and its just down to skinny, funny shaped wrists.

Go on a HIGH CALORIE diet, gain 10 lbs, add a link back in and adjust from there....

My sea dweller is perfectly centered on the back of my wrist. No links were taken out. You'll note that there are "lugs" in the folding clasp portion of the bracelet. The fine adjustment for me is one in from the end. That's about 3mm or so.

Considering a 16600 as well. I've got a 6.5 inch wrist. Is this "centering" issue going to be a problem for me as well? My SS Daytona, with the new clasp, fits very comfortably but isn't centered the way I'd prefer. I'd hate a repeat performance.

What would happen if one reversed the entire bracelet, swapping the six and twelve o'clock positions?

You can find out by simply reversing the entire watch in its present configuration.

You can handle weight but the watch thickness may be an issue as the watch could shift his position everytime you move your wrist making himsel feels a bit heftier than it is.
Tell you what,I've got used to it too. And I'm a pretty active person,my wrist is pretty small just in the morning hours,as soon as I get going and my wrist swollen even just a tiny bit the just SD sits comfortably

My wrist is 6.75 and I now own two 16600 Sea Dwellers. It is my favorite sport model and garners 75% or more of the wrist time. I find it more comfortable than my Submariner because the caseback is thicker, so the extra clearance gives more room at the crown when you bend your wrist. I did reverse the clasp and it centers perfectly.

You only think you can handle the weight we are only talking about 147grams in total its 7 grams difference to the Daytona.
