Icon12 Forum rules we'd like to see in 2017 (fun thread. be nice. no flaming.)

I'll start:

1) Any thread with the one word title of 'THOUGHTS' or 'Thoughts?' must be replied to with what's in your head at that time. The thread title is the thread question. ie: if you're thinking about going to the bathroom when you click this descriptive title; thats your answer - 'I'm thinking about going to the bathroom, loo, WC, restroom, outhouse, tree, ex-wife's BMW to empty my bladder, etc...

2) Mod Recap: Mods must recap their best banning of the week every Sunday in a new Sub Forum called 'The Graveyard'

3) No more threads about high priced man-cessories (european carry-alls, wallets, toothbrush jackets, unicorn tear facial cleansers etc...) allowed if you've ever complained about Rolex prices being high --- ever.

4) There are no more Jolly Ranchers. They're all gone. Stop asking if there's any left.

5) BBQ is not the same as grilling. Any member that starts a BBQ thread with an image of a steak on a grill gets a temp banning. (that one's for Steve my buddy in Louisiana)

6) There will be six (6) Rolex raffles this year. (we'll figure out the details in the coming days but essentially the TS' and Mods will cover the cost)

7) Padi is the only one allowed to determine whether your watch is 'magnetized'. No debate allowed. Save your breath. You'll aways lose this one.

8) The Vegas crew must go to Tourneau in Caesars and ask if the the Speed-King is available to try on (record their facial expression(s) for the record when you all insist it IS in the catalog)

9) No more John Mayer threads.

10) See #9

LOL, this is great stuff.

Could you elaborate on #5 please? I am a little confused. If I am grilling but put BBQ sauce on the meat, is it still grilling or does it move to the BBQ category???

I also would like to see a pic of a high end "toothbrush jacket" which has me cracking up loudly in my office. My staff think I have finally lost it. One asked and I told them I was in a debate about high priced toothbrush jackets....She looks confused.

No threads allowed on topics where a simple search would have sufficed.

No posts allowed telling the OP that a simple search would have sufficed.

No crowbarring of topics into the main Rolex forum allowed. If you want to see the cars members are driving, what sneakers we're wearing, what cigar we're smoking, or what scotch we're drinking, just ask the d@mn question!

Don't ask us to choose which watch we would pick. Ask us which watch we did pick. Because the answer is always the same, the watch we bought is the one we picked, at the exclusion of all others.

if you're grilling and add BBQ sauce to anything with a face or mother while still cooking, its still grilling.

Not in favor of the harvesting of unicorn tears for facial cleansers.
It's a cruel practice which I oppose on ethical grounds.

Unless, of course, they're tears of joy.
Then it's all good.
