Felix's for oysters. Don't stray off bourbon street. Love NOLA!

Skip Commanders Palace for dinner. Overrated and boring. Food tired.

Get coffee and beignet at cafe Du Monde at least once

Definitely see the live jazz at Preservation Hall

Go to the World War II museum - #1 attraction in Nola

Get the fried chicken at Willie Mae's Scotch House for lunch (neighborhood a little squidgy - take Uber)

Get the jambalaya and shrimp PO-boy from Coop's (cash only)

Try Mothers Restaurant on the corner of Tchoupitoulas and Poydras Streets, in the CBD. The poboys are the best in the world. Fresh seafood, jambalaya, etc.. A New Orleans tradition. You will NOT be disappointed. They are open 7 days a week. If you are going now, be prepared for big crowds everywhere, as it is Mardi Gras season.

I also agree with Josh on the WWII museum. It is definitely impressive. The Aquarium and Audubon Zoo tour is worth it too.
