Icon10 FedEx Saturday Delivery = RM Fun day...

Saturday FedEx deliveries make the weekend SO much better.

Finally my AD tracked this one down BNIB (which I thought was going to be impossible) and I’m adding her back.

It’s my favorite and looking forward to reuniting with her today…

Well it’s always fun to get one back that you missed.

With the 35-01 (manual) now discontinued, I wanted it back even more. I missed winding the manual movement and it’s just my favorite RM (011 is VERY close second and still awaiting my 011-03…no comment).

Any who, I asked my AD many months ago if there is ANYWAY he could call a favor to RM and see if one last 35-01 could still be had, if so, I want it.

Well, I was at lunch yesterday and got a text that made me very happy. Money wired and this new beauty arrived… JUST LOVE IT!! The weight, the manual wind, solid NTPT back, the old case size (which John reminded me of) and just so many great things with this one…super excited to have her back.

Now the HARD part—finding a red Velcro strap.

Happy Weekend

Huge congrats Paul. Always liked the looks of this model.
Way out of my league but does not mean I cannot admire the mechanical marvels and unique appearance of these watches.
Amazing stuff

I bid the red goodbye as having both would be redundant...I'll probably grab it again

Slap a red strap on this and I have the best of all worlds!

Oh ok I didn't realise, do think the black would be the better option especially if you could alternate between coloured straps

Huge congrats Paul - that's my favorite RM as well

The red strap really will be the best of both worlds - please post some pics when you're able to track down a red strap.
