Icon14 Jewelers On Time - RAVE!

I contacted Vanessa through the forum for service on my pretty beat up, older GMT Master. It had low power reserve, was over polished and generally scratched up.

I sent it to Vanessa for for service. Communication through the service period was excellent! After they polished it, it looked less polished as far as the detail and shiny in all the right places. I also had them replace my old, stretched Jubilee bracelet for a new Oyster bracelet. This watch looks fantastic now!

I highly recommend Vanessa and Jewelers On Time!

I didn't take any before/after photos. Vanessa, if you did, feel free to post them up!

Been to JOT on many occasions and had my sub serviced there. Can't recommend them enough. Victor and Kenny are great to talk to as well.

JOT is top notch. I've been going there for a few years now. Always love talking watches with Kenny and Victor. Recently had my SD serviced and will be taking a datejust in shortly. Great people and top quality work! They are a true WIS shop.

This is the before and after of your case back! I have never in my life seen that strange brushed refinish on a case back! uploadfromtaptalk1453260799821.jpg

The wear on the reversing wheels was extensive!

Had a Great experience with Vanessa a while back also. Sent her my Black TT 16613 for a service and light polish. This watch has great sentimental value as it is my first Rolex purchased new approximately 30 years ago. It came back looking and running as good as new. Wish I had requested pictures. Will be sending her my almost as old TT Blue 16803 and my wife's vintage 14k DJ soon. No more RSC for me except for warranty, of course.
She's first class all the way!

It's sad that Vanessa is no longer taking part on the forums, her posts were great.

Agreed 100%

My impression was that she gave watchmaking away and went in a different direction in life
Or are you aware if is she still working in the game?

Haven't been in touch with her in years, but that's as much as I've gathered as well. Hope she's doing well
