In conversation with watch friends over the last three months I’ve been wishing for a blue dial Skydweller in rose so this is the first time ever that a watch I would like to see released has actually happened.

I’ve already told my AD to put me down for this model.

Thanks for sharing the pic.

I’d like one too and talking to my AD as well. Let’s see

I’d like to see it in any of those settings as well. I really like the dial and that they have kept it in just this one watch and reference to distinguish it from everything else in the catalog.

Obviously not the same photography skills as Rolex but this is my best chance to compare my hands down favorite most worn against maybe my next hands down favorite most worn

And yes as I mentioned I texted my S A immediately after the release. Here’s to hoping there’s not a bunch of people in line to spend 55k for a SkyD as there are for the SS version

That's interesting because the GMT has good images established flying Concorde but Sky Dweller hasn't been placed in it's space by the advertising. It isn't advertised as being used when you fly as a pilot or a first class passenger. Most people who follow Rolex could say GMT is the international travellers watch or for long haul pilots.

The SD lacks some identity in this regard.

Very nice dial but if I could pull one off which I can’t because of a smaller wrist then it’s the white dial for me,,,,

Agreed. Not a one and only but a great piece in a collection. And likely even better IRL.

There are certain watches you can have both fans and opponents. This is not one, it is what you can imagine as a perfect watch.

Just blue?

A possible slight change on the new LVC bezel colour is shutting down the worldwide web.

Needs to be seen in real life under natural light - hard to judge from pictures

Just wondering if any other board members have real life photos they can share of this new dial combo?

Hi, new to the forum, but have been looking getting info and opinions. Looking forward to seeing the chocolate dial in person, but have put in for a blue green rose SD. Love the watch. It does change colour a bit with angle and light.
When I finally get one I’ll post proper photos. Sorry about the low res iPhone shots.

Here is a pic alongside a Blue Face SD. Still doesn't do justice and color changes with the light.
