Sorry for the delay. This week I purchase a OP 41 with the called Tiffany dial. When the seller sent me the photos of the warranty card I found it strange since it was the old one discontinued in the mid 2020 and all the OP 41 that I saw had the new one. So I got in touch with the RSC and they confirmed that the serial number corresponded to the OP 124300-0006 which is the exact code of the watch. This was sold on October 1 of 2020 at AD in my country (Argentina) and by the date it was one of the first ones.
Did anyone see any other OP with the old card??

PS: sorry for my English

The new warranty card was rolled out at different times between regions. During the BB58 blue launch in July 2020, we all had the new style Tudor cards, but Canada’s launch pieces had the previous.

The new ones started showing here in the states July 2020, but Canada was still issuing the old format for a few months. Cards are printed at the distributor of said country then the watch and card are sent to the AD.

Depending when they were rolled out in Argentina, it is possible to have been issued with the old style card.

I got mine right at launch and it had that type of card with my name on it.

The biggest issue on this would be a dial swap. You need to make sure it's a $25k watch and not a $7k one (born blue or black) with an aftermarket dial.

It is the original dial. Before buying it I checked with the RSC (See my post of January 9)
Does your card specify which dial it is?

It does not specify.

Glad to hear everything worked out fine for you. This thread shows that when folks sell their watches, their purchasers can and often do contact Rolex directly for watch authentication. When that happens with a new hot watch, Rolex will then contact the selling AD to find out who the purchaser was and why the watch was flipped. This can be an AD's worst nightmare, getting this type of call from their rep. and having to explain why they thought the buyer wanted the watch.

I bought it from a trusted seller. He didn't even know what he had to sell. He is not currently fully dedicated to the watch market but in the past he did and even held a position as manager of some AD in my country. I paid 12 for the watch which at the time (January 2022) was a very good deal for a "Tiffany" OP that had gone through the roof in price. I remember him telling me that the AD where the original buyer had purchased it had contacted him to buy it back.I had offers of 22 within weeks of acquiring it and even 32 when it was discontinued but decided to keep it. Based on the research I did very few were made with that dial (as far as Rolex standards go) and mine has the added bonus of a different card.It will be a watch that I will have for a long time.
