That dial looks fantastic! I was actually at the Cartier boutique a few days ago and wanted to see what a Santos looked like on my wrist, but unfortunately I received zero service, even though I passed by 3-4 sales guys doing nothing but staring around and chatting with each other. Guess I just don’t look like a customer... anyhow, will definitely need to try again, maybe elsewhere

I much prefer the original models, the new ones are too big.

Cartier in the Topanga Mall always seems to be useless like this. The Cartier store in South Coast Plaza is better. Best service always in my experience is heading into the Beverly Hills flagship early on a Saturday to get a close street-parking spot, and using them. Good luck!

Applied roman numerals instead of printed, maybe hard to read but very classy. Very dark blue used, not unlike rolex' approach to blue on the skyd and DJ.

Cartier Boutique, Short Hills Mall, NJ, the epitome of bad service. I was going to an elevator immediately outside their store. People were trapped in the elevator. I went into the nearest store, Cartier, and asked if they would call security. The sales associate said there is an intercom in the elevator. Thanks! I went next door to Hermès and they helped immediately.

We always get bad service there, so no surprise.

Based on my experiences and generally speaking, the salespersons at Cartier boutiques know almost nothing about their products, put on airs of superiority, and seem bothered to wait on you even when the store is empty.

My wrist size is about 6 inch.. tried on medium and sales was pretty bad so didn’t even bother to try the large one.

Medium was not bad, and with out date certainly looks more classic..

If at wrist size of 6 inch or so, what do u guys think? Haha I am thinking to “share” it with my wife too!

Also, yah not much discount to be offered, but not seeing many on the preowned.. On Chrono 24, it looks like it holds value pretty strong. Any experience with selling ur Santos years later?

I have a 6:5” wrist and absolutely loved the look of the Large on me.
Fell in love and bought it.
Love the blue hands.
Impressive looking watch with rich history.
Awesome and innovative job on the bracelet with the easy change of links with no tools, as well as easy change of bands.

Just looked at the blue dial santos in person , and it is so much Darker in real life than in pictures. I loved it though.

Cartier is coming out with a quartz Santos-Dumont in the $3-4K range. Anyone know if they are available yet.

I picked up the large Santos last week and couldn’t be happier. Looks much better in person.

Picked it up a few weeks ago. Went for medium at last due to my small wrist size and I can share with my other half. For now, I prefer the no date dial, but my wife is just not into watch at all. It now ends up with my mum and she loves it

Very nice... Really wished they had a steel gold option for the blue dial.

Went with the TT. Can't help but to stare at my timepiece at work. I don't think I've done this with my Rolex :)
