New Vintage Tudor Day
Unfortunately health and money issues about 5 years necessitated selling off most if my watch collection. Last week I got a raise at work and net my goal of losing 30lbs. I decided it was time to treat myself.
I've always had a live of vintage Tudors and missed those the most. Today I found this incredibly clean Oyster hand wind with a JB Champion jubilee at a local pawn shop. I made what I thought was a ridiculous Friday, closing time offer and they accepted. So far it's keeping great time and the bracelet seems to have all it's links because even though I've shed 30lbs I'm far from svelt, and the bracelet could lose 3 links and fit. That's usually a rarity when I find vintage pieces. This might not fill the void of my sold snowflake or no date sub but I'm really happy with this sharp looker. It'll be on my thinning wrist a good while.

Thanks! Now I can start looking at more vintage pieces that won't look like a rubber band around a bratwurst.

30 lbs is amazing! Glad you treated yourself to a fine watch. It's very hard not to treat food as a reward....I need to lose the same 30.
