Wow - the quality of the photographs looks amazing.

Is it a full history of Panerai or just a look at the modern pieces?

Hi, the book has about twenty pages on the history of horology in Florence then
another 70 or so pages on Panerai itself - mainly about the development of the diving watches for the Italian navy, then 20 pages on their manufacturing process, 20 pages on the 30's & 40's classic designs, and a further 20 or so pages on the modern day yacht challenges which Panerai is involved in... all in all a good read and a worthy addition to anyones library of watch related books.
The ISBN is 978-88-317-2074-8 and it cost me $80 U.S.

cheers

And I forgot to add... YES the photography is very good, and printed on good weight paper, and has a hard dust cover. Good value.

cheers
