Ah, so basically like the crypto market then. Someone tweets that India is going to ban crypto currencies, Bitcoin drops 20%. Except they're not banning anything. Psyche! Someone gets rich...

Be careful of fakes as these go up in price, We haven’t hit the peak value on these. In 6 months these will command big money. Make sure you get an Authorized Dealer purchased watch with the correct box, warranty card and any additional paperwork. These collectible high demand watches bring out the fakes. I’ve spoken to my AD who is at Baselworld yearly with Rolex and he says these have long been out of production, I begged him to contact Tudor on my behalf which he did and he couldn’t get me another ETA black bay, I’ve tried.

There is one mint being listed in Chrono24 for 3700 GBP.

I don’t have much faith that the prices will do anything other than disappoint in the future. I don’t see the difference between an ETA Tudor and a Hamilton. Seems like silliness for a faux Rolex.

The only problem is that I love the watch due to its “Heratige”. Besides having an off the shelf movement, which was the whole purpose of Tudor. There are the other styling points which make the watch special.
Matte dial
Rose logo
Arched “self winding” script
Thick domed crystal
Red index on bezel
Snowflake hands
Oversized crown
No crown lugs
I don’t think I will be able to sell it. For some reason this watch just speaks to me.

Not in A Hurry to sale mine X 2 Bnib , since i saw what is happening with Rolex submariner 50 Green Bezel .
Premium was around + 20% for years , and now it has X 2 price.

So I'am wearing my BBB for 3 years now , and those 2 i decided to sale or exchange can be " safe queens" for some time if needeed , believe it will continue flying in time

( by the way , forgive my English , I am French 😉)

Try and Zoom In on the photo below and see what's printed on the card. Just imagine that innocent word on the card alone means the watch is worth even more....
Funny, I purchased mine on strap but it does not state it on the card.

Picked up a strap version on eBay a week back for 2500 with a bonus bracelet. Deals can still be had! The casual owner sees the red and blues selling for low twos and lists a buy it now.

On Chrono24 last week I bought a brand new 79220N strap version at an Italian dealer for 2750 Euro. You have to be lucky and some dealers do not yet know how to assess the value of the watch.
