Too funny

Saw this in the copy for a Seadweller on ebay. Made me giggle.

"WHY DO YOU NEED A 4000' DEPTH ABLE ROLEX? OK HERE IS MY PITCH: NEXT TIME YOU GO SWIMMING WHO IS SAYING YOU WILL NOT FEEL LIKE GOING FOR A DIVE, NEXT THING YOU KNOW YOU LOSE TRACK OF TIME/DEPTH YOU ARE AT 1500'+ & YOUR SUBMARINER SELF DESTRUCTS. DAMN!!! HAD YOU NOT WHINED ABOUT THE EXTRA FEW HUNDRED FOR A SEA-DWELLER YOUR WATCH WOULD NOT HAVE BLOWN UP. SO BE SAFE, THAT IS WHY YOU NEED A 4000' DEPTH ABLE ROLEX."

Works for me! That will be my new standard line when someone asks why I bought a Sea Dweller instead of a sub

You've actually had someone ask you that? Most people that notice my watch just complemented me; they knew it was a Rolex, but they didn't know the model or anything.

No. But If someone ever asked me why I need a watch that was good for 4000 feet - it might be a good reply
