Anyone had a lug “beefed up”?

One of my 1680 lugs has less height than the other 3. Anyone ever beefed a lug up and had success? Would be great to see pictures if so

Check out ZMR (Drew Zimmerman) on IG. He has a shop in Pa. I ended up restoring a 5513. Does great case work.

Yes. I used Rolliworks to beef up a lug on my BLNR after I dropped it going through security and one lug took a huge gash. They did a phenomenal job at a very reasonable price.

It's interesting how everyone seems to have a problem with the uniformity of the chamfer at the tips of the lugs. I notice that with virtually every refinished case.

You're referring to the flare or widening of polish as it reaches the lug tip?
