FS: Rolex COMEX Submariner - 10 Yr Pres. Watch + Provenance/Extras - FINAL REDUCTION!

Genuine Comex issued Rolex Submariner watches are one of the most sought after of all Rolex models by collectors worldwide.

The unique association of Rolex and Comex took dive watches to a new level and Rolex Comex Submariners to a new level of collect-ability. Prices have risen strongly for genuine issued Rolex Comex watches over the last few years and certainly appear to be continuing to do so.

This watch is a 16800 Submariner 10 year service award watch presented in Aberdeen on the 30th November 1984 by the CEO of Houlder Comex to a Mr B.W.Hughes.

The watch has an original gloss Comex logo dial in the rare variation of Submariner above the depth and with no "Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified" text. This makes the dial look very clean and simple like the early Comex dial watches.

It comes with the original slash card box, original Rolex Submariner 1984 booklet, Your Rolex Oyster booklet, Chronometer tag, anchor, wallet and the 1984 calendar.

In addition it comes with the presentation card given to Mr Hughes with the watch by the CEO, his Comex Medical Book, 3 photographs of him diving for Comex including one with the World Record breaking diver at 701m, Theo Mavrostomos, and his original large orange Comex dive kit bag. Oh and Comex keyring!

A beautiful 100% genuine Rolex Comex watch or your money back! (Buyer to advise within 3 days of receipt and return within 7 days).
