FS- Rolex 1680 RED Sub Box Papers Single Red Submariner Mark V Feet First

For sale is an excellent condition 40mm stainless steel Rolex Submariner. The 1680 is a 3.06 million serial piece with a Mark V dial. The Submariner was originally purchased in 1974 by the one and only owner of the watch (til now). The watch was purchased abroad, comes with original box, warranty paper, receipt from purchase, customs form, green Rolex wallet, “Red Seal” cigarette paper, and inner box watch fuzzy cuff. The warranty paper is hand written with serial and date of purchase, dealer name is stamped. The 1680 was worn regularly, traveled the world, and had its bracelet and insert replaced at service in the past. The current bezel inset is era correct, but not original to the watch. The folded link oyster bracelet has a light to moderate stretch and is currently set for a 7.25 inch wrist with the micro adjust moved in .725 inches. The Sub was just serviced at the incomparable LAWW, copy of work performed and authentication of the dial, movement, hands and date wheel are included. The crown does not appear to screw all of the way in, but passed a pressure test. The dial is really fantastic on the Mark V, and having a new acrylic crystal allows one to clearly stare in awe. The feet first single red sub dial is super clean, the lume plots do not have any yellow in the patina, but the dial background has faded nicely.
