5726 Questions........

....... is there any substance to the rumor of a 5726 blue dial being released as a replacement to the grey dial?

My AD won't/can't confirm this, but they did call to say I am (finally) being offered a nautilus: a 5726A on a strap. I'm going to see how it speaks to me after I see it in person, but if I don't love it, I think I will pass on it.
In terms of functionality I have always liked the 5726 more than the 5711 or 5712, but I want a blue dial as well.
So, if the rumors are true, I would hold out for a 5726 blue dial on a bracelet, but I can't find confirmation of this.

The dilemma will be if I like the 5726A on the strap with the grey dial.

Just rumors.

Zero validity as of now. But I know nothing. I’m nobody.

Then again, I love my 5726 on blue strap.

Better pic.

Shows the strap a bit better.

Live for today is what I’m trying to say. It’s an awesome watch with amazing functionality.

I don't really care. I will just get the 5726 replacement in whichever guise it is offered. I was in the queue for the 5726 gray before it got discontinued previously. Disappointed, but life goes on and hopeful for the new one.

A Nautilus IMO belongs on a bracelet... the 5712G, R, and 26s on straps are the ones that are most readily available. I would hold out.

Hey Dr Sal take the 26 no matter what! Wear it for a while , if a blue face comes out ( probably won’t), or you don’t like it sell it and order another.

Thanks for the feedback guys....

.......so basically no confirmation as of yet. I guess we will know soon in enough in just a few weeks?

Seth: I agree with you-- the 5726 has such great functionality and that's why I like it more than any other nautilus. Your pic with the blue strap looks great!

And yes, Mike, I think most nautilus models belong on a bracelet, but I think the 5726 is an exception. That grey dial against the black strap look really good IMHO, and allows it to be dressed up

5726A it’s the best bang for your buck or at least it used to be; that doesn’t mean that is the best choice. Two different things

blue dial is the standard rumor for every nautilus that doesn't have a blue dial.

5726 will be discontinued and the new model will have a new reference and will be modified.
This is what my AD told me....
Nothing about blue dial....
So, if you want 5726 buy it now

Whatever will replace the 5726 will likely drop in 3 weeks anyway, so not much longer to wait to find out!

I'm waiting.

For what it’s worth, I passed on the 5726 on a strap and held out for it on bracelet - and am delighted that I did. Also, I’m not convinced that a blue dial will look better on this reference than the grey dial

If there is a replacement, it’ll also be near impossible to get. So there’s that...
