looks like watch prices are coming down - I'd consider selling the 5212A now and wait a few months and see if the 5167A comes down in price - looking at crypto crash today a substantial decrease for the hype watches can't be too far

Totally different watches. The 5212a is a very unique and usable complication in Patek's range, and it is a strapmonster that can match with many occasions. Aquanauts in comparison are... imho, very ordinary - trading on hype rather than of any horological interest/significance. If you are going to go steel sports, then better to go Nautilus I think.
